Dive into the Peck Aquatic Center, where recreation, wellness, and community come together in a space designed for swimmers of every age and ability. Whether you’re taking your first splash, lap training, or unwinding after a workout, our aquatic center offers an exceptional experience you won’t find anywhere else.
Young swimmers build confidence in our warm, shallow teaching pool with depths of 2’6″ – 3’6″, while seasoned swimmers enjoy our 6-lane, 25-yard lap pool built for performance. And when it’s time to relax, the whirlpool is waiting. All swimmers are supported by American Red Cross–trained and certified lifeguards, giving you peace of mind every time you step onto the pool deck.
From lessons to lap swim, fitness to family fun, the Peck Aquatic Center is more than a pool – it’s where our community comes together.
UV-Filtration
Our state-of-the-art UV filtration system creates water that’s gentler on eyes and skin, so you can swim longer and feel better doing it. By integrating ultraviolet (UV-C) light into the water treatment process, this advanced system neutralizes bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms at the molecular level before the water returns to the pool, helping keep it cleaner and clearer. UV filtration also breaks down chloramines, allowing us to significantly reduce the amount of harsh chemicals you’re exposed to during your swim, making every lap, lesson, and splash more enjoyable for swimmers of all ages.
Small Teaching Pool
Young swimmers build confidence in our warm, shallow teaching pool with depths of 2’6″ – 3’6″.
JCC Member families enjoy water play together during open swim times and American Red Cross Learn to Swim classes are offered throughout the week for Preschool and Youth age swimmers.
Large Pool
Our 6-lane, 25-yard lap pool is designed to support a wide range of aquatic activities, from focused lap swimming to dynamic group fitness and family fun. With generous space, clearly defined lanes, and a comfortable water temperature, the pool easily transitions from individual workouts to instructor-led water aerobics classes. The pool also features a diving board, for recreational use and skill development, and an ADA-compliant accessibility lift ensuring that swimmers of all abilities can safely and comfortably enter the water, reinforcing our commitment to inclusion.
